As far as parts, if you're looking for used stuff, and there are no junk yards in your area with what you need, your best bet would either be the various boards classifieds sections, ebay, and car shows/swaps in your area. Also "networking" with others in both the real world and online helps
For OEM and reproduction parts, there are dozens of companys out there, just try an online search. Some that spring to mind are california mustangs, dallas mustangs (I think) CJ pony parts etc. Just check in the back of one of the ford mags for more, including "specialty" companys like TCP.

As ar as what the car is worth, you'll need to explain exactly what the car is. If your fuzzy on exactly what you have, (i.e. options etc.) I would check a decoder. That can at least tell you what the car came from the factory with.
Heres one,
click me
You will need the VIN and the data tag on the inside of the door (and maybe more, depending) But its someplace to start.
Hope it helps,
J

Sorry man, I didn't catch that it was a II (I thought it said 73)
Mustang 2 parts are somewhat more difficult to come by, but I would say your best bet would be to check out http://www.mustangii.com/ From what I understand they are the biggest II site out there.
From the home page, just click the parts link at the top, they seem to have a pretty decent "parts and service" setup.
Also they would have a more accurate idea what a particular model would be worth once you know the particulars of the car.
Given the amount of structural work/major refurbishment it sounds like it needs, you might be better off shopping for one in better condition and use the one you have as a donor. They are still out there, you just have to look for them.
Good luck,

J

Actually, I ment look around for another Mustang II to use as the "driven" car, and use the one you have as spare parts for it.
