Installed my new gears, questions??

As some of you know i needed gears bad considering my mods, i installed myself 3.90 eliminator ring and pinion, everything is great, no whine, everthing rides smoothe, but when i take right hand corners, i hear like a bearing noise? could it be my axle bearing on the left side? i measured backlash, everything checked out, i was not able to measure pinion depth, i had to install these myself, because i could not afford a shop. thnx for any help.

aside from that i went to the track and made a pass, but my car overheated in the staging lanes, stat was stuck, it was nice cuttin a 1.7 60' :) i still ran in the 12's at 106 with my temp guage almost in the red, but that is fixed now, cant wait to see what i can do next time, hoping for a 12.60.

when you had the axles out did you look at them? were they fine whare the bearing rides? also did you have to pound the locker back in if not its to lose

Thanx, i looked at the axles, just normal wear, the center section went in fine, backlash was .009, but the bearing race on the left side looked like it wasnt seated all the way?

but i got it on the best i could....other than that, all i can do is replace every other bearing.
