Default Pulsating lights

Hi- I have a 67 Mustang and have an odd lighting problem. All the lights-head, tail, interior- pulsate as I drive. Dim, bright, dim, bright...and it's not only when I hit the gas, it is just constant as I cruise along. Any ideas what it may be? Thanks.

Check and see what the voltage is as you're driving. The voltage regulator could be kicking on and off.
