![]() I'm builing a 68 eleanor and im buying gt classic rims from newstalgia but im not sure about the offset. Im putting 17x8 in the front and back and im pretty sure the back is a 4.5 offset but not sure about the front. If anyone has put american racing rims or any rims with offset please let me know what they were, thanks. I want the wheels to come as close to the edge of the fender and quarterpanel as i can get, especially for the back cuz the leafsprings.

![]() Ask the place that your buying them from. Most tire places are pretty good about it. You could also run down to the local tire store and see what they say.
