Default Slight Miss

Hi
My 89 5.0 has a slight miss under no load condition. It is fine as soon as I push the gas, but it kinda bucks alittle under a constant speed and under 2k rpm.
I have a steeda 19 cam 1.72 rockers and intake, and a crane ignition, I don't know why this is happening. I have new wires and I have closed the gap on my spark plugs to .039. It also seems to be random some days it runs fine others is sucks. Please let help me out with this one I'm guessing maybe a sensor but I don't know.
Thanks
