Default Help finding electrical parts...

Hey guys, have an electrical problem here. I attached a diagram that is pretty easy to read that will help me to describe. The dark green wire running from the starter relay solenoid is burned in half. The black/orange wire and the yellow/white wire connect to the green wire through fusable links. Both of these wires are cut in several places. I would sauter new wires to the ones coming from the alternator but I'm not an eletrical expert and time is an issue. What are my options? Do I have to replace the whole loom, which raps around the radiator and plugs to the headlights? Is it possible to just replace the junked wires? Where would I go for these parts? Right now, my car is running only on the battery so any help is appreciated. Thanks again.
