Default Fuel Regulator,or inline pump

Hows it goin',I am still working on changing my 4clylx to a 5.0,I ran into a question about fuel supply and was wondering if anyone had some advice? Should I use the pump in the tank and regulate it for the carb that I am using , or take the pump out and use a low pressure inline pump? thanks.
