Default Looking for LIGHTWEIGHT front/rear disc system...

I have a 67 Pro Street car with stock front disc and stock rear drum brakes (all manual). I am looking for a matching front/rear disc system that is VERY light to shave a lot of weight. I am not looking for major stopping power since the current system is adequate for cruising around town.

Any suggestions? Links please!

TIA

Tim
