mustang vs m3 bmw

i went and baught a 65 mustang. the guy who sold me the car had a dealers licence and he signed a paper saying that he performed a 21 point inspection on the car. so i baleved him like a dumb ass.
but any way i was pulling into auto zone to get windshield wipers and my brakes went out i did every thing to stop the car and it was useless and i wound up smacking rite into an m3 bmw. but thank goodness the girl who owned the bmw was real cool. it ended up ok my insurance is taking care of it but i was so mad i wanted to go kill the guy who sold me the car.

you migh be able to get the dude that sold you the car to pay for it and for new brakes too. I would look into especialy since yo have the paper saying he did the inspection.

If he gave you the car saying it's sold AS IS then you'd be screwed, but if he has something that says it had a safety inspection and the brakes went out then you can go after him. Get a lawyer, or talk to one and i can almost guarantee that the guy is liable. What an idiot! At least you're alright.
