Just wanted to give you guys an update on the mods I just recently completed... Being new to Modifying Mustangs, I figured that this info would prove useful to others just getting started.

1. Removed Air Silencer - Tiny Tiny difference toward the end of each gear.
2. K&N Air Filter - Very small but noticeable power increase on the high end of each gear. The sound of the engine was a tad bit more muscular sounding.
3. Ford Racing 70mm Throttle Body - Smoother acceleration, noticeable power increase after 4000RPM. Gas mileage was a little better as well.
4. Eibach Pro Comp Springs - 1.25 inches lowered. Not a huge noticeable difference in looks, but the handling has definitely improved.
5. Steeda Pulleys - Noticeable power increase, especially in third and fourth gear. It pulls a lot harder.
6. Steeda Tri-Ax Shifter - still working on this one. Mustangtuning sent me the wrong model. The install is a pain at first, but after you get the hang of things, it is cake.

Excellent work Narsh.did u get a good upper plenum yet?I like the C+L.They really boost your torque. For the money.U will be glad u did it.There are two styles small and big pcv port.Other types have universal fittings.

not yet, I have been thinking about doing that... I'll do some research because torque is definitely something I would like...

dude, you gotta get gears next...definately worth it. I got FRPP 3.73's. great acceleration now. increase in RPM's causes me to cruise in one gear higher than i used to...which has increased gas mileage a little. i had 3.27's. i run 300 RPM's more now in ever gear. look around, but you can get them for 170-185 bucks. install was $200. was like a whole new car. at same time i adjusted the slack in my accelerator cable...let me know if you are interested, but your '04's is probably still good. nice work w/ the mods, good luck man!

I checked on the gears and they were $860 installed with the SCT tuner. I have to check another shop but the cheapest I have seen around here is $600 installed.
