![]() Im against a wall here because I've got a pint of mineral grey basecoat paint, an acryllic clearcoat and activator and sand paper for wet/dry sanding...only luckily I read the back of the paint I got that wants me to use a Sherwin Williams paint stabilizer with it..problem is the closest Sherwin Williams that deals in automotive touch-up supplies is 300 miles away. Is there any cheap stabilizer I can use in its place or do I need it at all. I'm just repainting the rocker molding on the car so it does'nt need to be absolutely white-glove perfect, just good enough to blend with the rest of the car.
