I've got an '87 GT with 108,000 miles on the stock bottom end. My mods I currently have are: Windsor Jr. heads, f303 cam, Cobra U/L intake, Comp Cams 1.6 roller rockers, 24# injectors, Mass air, 70mm TB, 3:73's, ZEX 125 dry nitrous shot.
I want my car to just rip, and I'm thinking I should start over and redo the entire engine. I'm wondering what I should do, and if I can reuse any of the parts I currently have. I'd probably be willing to spend up to 3K, but I'd like to see at least 325 RWHP N/A.
Please give me some recomendations on what I can do, and what I can reuse. Stroker, 306, any suggestions are helpful. Thanks alot.

You can reuse it all. You should be close to your N/A goal already. Could get a better flowing intake and maybe get the heads ported.

don't touch the bottom end until you have to. mine has 130,000 and is running strong with edelbrock perf rpm heads and intake. and only the ecam. i'd dyno it first. then decide what to do. just my .02

professional port on the heads and a bigger cross section intake (not too big) and you should get there.

I struggled to make much more than 300RWHP with the cobra intake and mine was ported.
This was with an E303 cam and some excellent heads.

I would get a custom tune for the n/a, and the n20. Also If I had 3k to drop right now without getting a divorce, id stick in an auburn pro diff with 31 spline's. the rest would go on rebuilding my t-5 after I blew it to pieces :)

Got a buddy who swears against Auburn, blew two of them running 11.10's. Customer Service wouldn't even help.

Thanks for all the replies guys. I switched my thinking and ordered a Kenne Bell 2.2 Blowzilla w/Flowzilla inlet 10# boost. 42# injectors, 90mm LMAF, 80mm TB, Snow stage to meth injection. What do you guys think about the setup now? I should be safe with the stock bottom????? I'm just worried about getting it on the dyno, what should I pull it to.........5500?

Yea I should of have said 'eaton posi, or the 'detroit locker, the auburn came to mind first.
The newer auburn pro's seem to hold well, better than the old ones, but yea 11.10's is gonna be hard on anything you stick in there, and I believe the auburn is not rebuildable? We need rebuildable parts for our hobby lol.
Fastgeek, keep us posted, with good tune, it should make massive torque, and good hp.
