Ignition problem

I just bought a 83 mustang with a 351w, the kid replaced all igniton parts and says it the coil. The car will turn over but wont start, the dist is factory the coil was aftermarket so i changed it wit mine and accel, but it will not start, it also has the silver box mounted to the fender

its prolly dura spark crap..get a summit or msd dist.scres that crap
