Default 351 cleveland

i have 70 351 4v does anyone know what the stock cam lift is also what the redline on them are i just had the heads done it has a mid springs and the bowls have bin done and of cores a valve job the bottom end has the 4ma crank and its also .060 over what numbers can i see out of this set up thanks for any help
