TF Heads Question?

I'm not sure what exacvtly is happenning, but i'm geeting some valve noise or an exhaust leak or something. On first start up, it sounds perfect no noise. But after it reaches temp i start getting that noise. I,ve heard sometimes you have to adjust the valve spring torque on roller rockers. Is this true? if it's exhaust, it's a really small leak that opens up with the heat expansion. I guess that's a possibility.
The motor only has 60k miles on it.
