71-73 rear end

Will a 71-73 9" rear end fit in my "65?

The 71-73 9" is two inches wider than the 65 9". I think the spring perches are ok? You could get the rear end shortened or get some offset rims. Check out this chart (http://www.ridgenet.net/~biesiade/Fordrears.html) for more info.
