I've been restoing my '68 for the last 2 years and I think I've finally got it where I want it. I took it out today for a long cruise and it was darn near perfect.

Top down, 289 purring like a kitten, car leaps off the stop lights, it just doesn't get any better that this.

I want to thank all of you who have given me advice over the last couple of years. Just want you to know that it has really paid off. Now I want another one.

So you got the 3.25's and the Tri-Y's. I think for a street car that's the right choice. Glad everything worked well. Fun as hell isn't it?

Aint nuttin' better than cruisin' in a classic. I'm glad the car is where you want it to be.
