![]() A stupid question, I know. But the last owner never had a timing mark installed on the engine. My timing is shot to hell and I want to get it done right this time. I have a 302 engine. I know it goes up front, on one side of the pulley, mounted on the block somewhere?. Can somebody give me VERY specific instructions on where to mount it? Even the shop manual explaination on the timing procedure leave it up to the imagination. As always, advice is repayable by beer. I apologize for my ignorance.
Thanks alot guys/gals.
