1967 Floor Console help needed

 Can anyone tell me what is the correct paint to use on the black painted areas of the floor console? Also, inside the console storage area, can anyone recommend either a spray-on, or a stick-on type of flocking that was used? What would be the correct paint to repaint the white area inside the rear light housing? And finally, as far as redying a black base to Parchment, what's the best product? I've tried the spray-on vinyl dyes on over projects, but it is so runny, that I don't think I can get good results on a console base. Thanks for any help!

On the metal part of the console clean with 0000 steel wool and laquer thinner (wear gloves!) Wipe it down with wax and grease remover and mask off and paint with KRYLON semi-flat black. For the plastic parts, there is a plastic primer you can use and then spray with laquer. Inside the console I don't know, I haven't seen one in a while so I don't know what is inside there. For the light housing, I would think something like flat white KRYLON.
