I have changed the head gasket aready and I have good compression on all 8 cylinders..

check your fuel pump its on the passenger side of the timming chain cover....if u cant find it fallow the fuel line from the carb..there are 2 bolts holding it on take it off and see if theres fuel inside it (where the arm goes in to the pump) ..there might be a weep hole in the bottom of the pump and if theres fuel comming out of that u need apump....but aside from that i can pretty much put my money on u needing a pump...there very cheap i think i paid 35 bucks for my 1961 galaxie, let me know how u make out
