Default 351W in a 66 conv.

I'm fially in the last stages of picking the engine now that the geoverment gave me my money back. My question is and I have heard several different opinons. Will the 351W or C fit in the 66 with out any problems. I know the 351 is approx. 1 1/4 inches wider on each side. Will that cause a problem with headers or is their a place that sells headers especially for that conversion. I have also heard that it will mount to the old motor mounts and C-4 tranny with no problems, is this correct. Any help is much appreciated.
