mustang II rear for a 66 mustang
hi i am aboutto put a brand new 302 engine that i have built up and is supposed to exceed 375+hp 350flbs, and i no i should put in a new rear end and i have found an ol mustang II cobra with a V8 in it. i heard that the mustang II cobra comes with 9inch rear is it true? and will it fit in a 1966 coupe?

I think it is a 8" rear not a 9". But, if the price is right that should do you fine. Unless you want the "side step the clutch pedal" launches, quite often.
