Question Bushing kits - where to begin?

69 302-2v (I know!) needs new bushings; should I go with polyurethane or one of these composite poly-graphites and whose is best? Beyond shocks and tie rods, how big a set should I get?
By the way, what are some of the better books or resources on restoring ponies? Where should I begin my education?
