4 speed Tranny!
 

My new 69 has the 4 speed in it and I was wondering what you guys thought of that ditch it and get something better or is this one pretty good??

If its a toploader (T-10), DO NOT SELL IT. That is IMO one of the great trannys of all time. Will hold under ridiculous amounts of HP (was run in 427 S/C's) and is reliable.

That's what it should be if it's stock in that Mach, let us know.

I got ride of my 4 speed for an art carr c-6 with a reverse manule valve body. I don't know what motor you are running in your 69 but it really sukced having to use a clutch with my 428 plus it would burn them up right and let when the car was stock. I don't even want to know what my new motor would due to it. I had alot of problems with mine, but that could just be my car. I really love the c-6 it shifts very hard and is every bit as fun as stick with the manule valve body.
