Does anybody know who makes the bill cosby 427 cobra engine

I've never heard of it, but I do remember hearing Cosby do a routine about Shelby building him a car to get him to stop driving Ferraris (I need a car that goes 175 mph). So as a WAG, I'd guess Shelby.
