65 Stang Q's
Will a 460/C6 combo fit into a 65 stang originally equiped with a 289?
What size rear axle came in the 65's, 7.5? Whats a good price on a 65 with a 289/manual, good paint, good interior, estimates?.. Thanks |

460 in a 65 would take alot of cutting...will fit in a 67-68 alot better..65 with a 289 came with an 8in rear.. not the same as a 7.5 or 8.8... removable center section..

The 351W and 351C can be stuffed into a '65 without too much modification. See this sites how-to artical on these engine swaps.
http://www.wabba.net/ This will give you an idea of what it would take to put in a 460. -JON |
