Default Horn Placement

I just brought my "new" Mustang home. It is a 1967 Raven black Mustang fastback. I just ordered a set of horns for it because it had none and I need them to pass the required MO inspection for plates. Can anyone tell me exactly where the horms mount in front? I've got some issues with them working also but once I get them mounted properly if I am still having trouble I can check in about that. Thanks for any help with placement and any other info about horns for this car. It does have a new walnut steering wheel witha the horn kit.

Default Re: Horn Placement

Should be on the front of the rad mount between the rad and the grill. On my 66 they are high (just under the lip of the rad support) and about halfway between the centerline and outside. Look for mounting holes to guide you.
Hope this helps,
J

Kiltedbanshees,
Thanks for the help. I appreciate it. I'll get out to the garage, hang the horns, and then probably post another call for help when they don't work. But I'm thinking positive.
