Post 66 Carb ID

I have a 66 Carter AFB carb that I was hoping that someone could help ID.
Amazingly, the tag is still on it. It says 4147S, C6VF-AA6BB. On the one corner of the baseplate I see C6VFA B6, which I assume is a
repeat of the part # and a Feb 66 date code.
