Talking 66 conversion

Hi, everyone
I am a new member to this site, I just want to say hello and ask a question. I am doing a conversion on my 1966 coupe from a 200 six to 302 V8. The donor car is 1990 Lincoln LSC, I am swapping the entire drive train engine to rear end my problem is the automatic transmission and Engine mount will not line up, for me to have both of these to fit will I have to change the Transmission and if so which on will work for me. Your feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
