As Frankenstang said, the engine mounts should fit without a problem. Windsor-Fox makes a transmission crossmember that will adapt the AOD to your early chassis[I've used it].
You also will have to cut the driveshaft. But, as stated do all that measuring after everything is bolted together. I think I cut mine about an inch. My car is a 68 though.
You need to adapt the floorshifter or you can buy linkage from Windsor-Fox.
The throttle cable [TV], well that's another story. You will have to adapt it unless you are using the LSC's fuel injection, then it's a no brainer. If you decide to go carborated then you have to have TV cable hook up or transmission will burn up in short order.
Only other thing that I ended up doing was changing the convertor to an Art Carr with one piece input shaft. Makes a big difference.
