Post 66 engine rebuild

After over a month of thinking it over I've desided to rebuild the 200 six instead of a v-8 swap. Want do i need to have done? I know I need new valves, have the block bored, new pistons, rings, new bearings, rebuild carb. What else is there? I am planning on doing the assembly myself?
