Default engine compartment paint

I am it the process of filling in all the little holes in the engine compartment area. When i'm done what color should I paint it? I can spray it the same paint code as my car but I think I want to do a flat black or something to give it more of a muscle car look. What do you think??

IMO: I think you should paint it the same color as your body. I personally like it when the paint scheme (even if it's just a single color) goes into the engine compartment.

I'm getting ready to touch up the engine compartment as well... I plan to get a couple spray bombs made at the local paint shop to match the factory engine bay color.

I had thought about satin black, but decided not to.

Either way looks good, IMHO... took me awhile to decide, actually.

Be sure to post some pics when you finish. I should have some soon.

Later,
-Ryan
