Angry 68 p/s hose trouble

i have a 68 fastback, 351w and c4. my problem is my pressure hose busted on the power steering. i have replaced it 4 times now and it keeps catching on something and bendin the metal line into. dose anyone hav a picture of the proper way to route the lines? it does have full headers and the drop down bracket.

Sorrry I don't have a diagram.

But when you find one. Go to a hydraulic line shop and have a hose made instead of a factory replacement.

I quit buying hoses because they suc. I always get them made, plus they usually cost less to have made.

I would as a diagram get a steel line that is long enough and try to bend it where it is going to be out of the way of everything if possible and then take it to a hydralic line shop so they have a reference point.

Power steering lines can be a nightmare. For used a bracket under the A-Arm and routed them under the car. Most have done away with that and just run them down the fender. I have gone through many hoses as it catchs on something or rubs on the frame. Here is a reference picture that I use.
