'70 Mach 1 questions.
 

I own a 1970 Mach1 351 Windsor. The first question I have is: I am having body work done and will have the Mustang painted its original Medium Blue Metallic, where can I get the correct hood stripe measurments? Unfortunately the Mustang was repainted once before I bought it, but previous owner neglected to put the stripes back on. Second, where can I get a reasonably priced set of Mach1 emblems for the trunk lid? My last question is, for now, I want to put Magnum 500's on my Mach1. Now has original "14 steel rims. I want to go for a bigger size, to give the wheel well a filled in look. What size would you recommend using? Thank you all for your time, suggestions and advice.

I can only comment on the last item, tried locating the Mach 1 emblem for the trunk with no luck.
Go with the 15 in. magnum's unless you are planing to do alot of hard cornering than use 16 in. wheels.

Hi, on your question about stripes and measurements, look in the mustangs unlimited catalog they have the measurements listed for all of the painted on stripes with pictures so it should be very easy to duplicate. John 95BOSS
