Default 72 mach aux gauges

How do you get to the back of these gauges? I have a oil pressure gauge leaking. Removed 4 screws at top of faceplate I do not see any other screws to remove. Do the radio shaft nuts need to come off? the less I have to remove the better. Thanks in advance.
