BB Heads
I'm currently building a 514 Stroker to put into my '69 Sportroof. I can't decide which heads to go with but am kind of leaning towards a pair of Blue Thunders. Any suggestions or warnings would be appreciated. Thanks

No suggestions but would really like to know how it turns out. What are you putting it in? Carb or FI? What trany and gears are you going to use? I have been thinking 460/514 so this is intersting to me at least. What other heads are you looking at? In my total ignorance I was thinking new alum CJ heads, but I don't know anything about your application.

My goal is just to have a fast *** track car, I don't think it would be possible to make it streatable let alone aford gas to drive it around town. I'm going with carbueration and am building up a C-6 for it. It will be interesting to see how long it takes to blow the tranny. I was thinking of going with 3.73 or something in that area because I'll have more torque then I know what to do with so I don't need a bigger rear end. When I get finished I hope to run in the Ten's but who knows.
