Default Better for 67 Stock coupe...302, 351W, 347Stroker, or351C?

So I'm toying with the idea a putting a new engine in my 67 HT coupe, currently a 302 4bbl.

What is the right engine/head combo for a daily driven street car. I want a fast, responsive street car, that could go head-to-head at the stoplight, but not a drag car.

I understand each engine has great points, and other have low points (installation adjustments, tranny compatibility, and engine bay modifications, etc).

Can anybody offer some advice(or warnings) on what to go with and what not to?

Thanks!
