I think I know the piece you're talking about. It's the pushrod that comes out of the cylinder and pushes against the shoe itself right? Round on the side that goes into the cylinder and the shoe sits in the fork. I was just looking in Mustangs Unlimited's catalog and they dont sell new ones. try a brake shop, junkyard, or find someone parting out an old stang. A brake shop should have these no problem. But do change it. The screw will work in an emergency, but the end that goes into the ccylinder will never sit right and will either damage the cylinder or fail. You dont need parts inside your brakes falling out. Brakes failing=BAD lol Good Luck
