Default Bolt pattern adapters?

I came across some free drag slicks. They are M/T ET streets. the bolt pattern on the rims are 4.75. the bolt pattern on my car is 4.25 is there any way i can make these fit? My friend said that you can get adapters but he dosnt know how much they cost or where you can get these. Any ideas to how I can make these work or if these adapters are out there and if they work and are safe? Any other ideas are welcome...im just trying to get these to fit. Love to try my car with slicks..
