Have you tried looking at Honda VFR's? The new ones are pretty cool. A pre 02' R1 has alot of power, I just sold mine, and it was a beast. I'm looking at the 02 R1's or a GSXR1000. I personally wouldn't buy a brand new YZF600, There like $6999 new? You can usually pick up a brand new R6 for $7299(that's what I got mine for brand new), and the R6 offers so much more than the YZF600R ever could. Sorry guys I don't know how to post pictures? ;o(

Check this one out. http://www.hondamotorcycles.com/mode..._number=CB900F

You could also check out Yamaha's FZ1, Kawasaki's ZRX1200. Hope I was some help.
If it was me and I didn't want a race bike, but i still wanted a bike that would really haul, and look bad a$$, I would get the Honda VFR800FI.

Here's a full article they did on it. http://www.motorcyclenews.com/news/d...=96295&navID=1
