Post Brake Problem

Excuse my ignorance. I am not a mechanic but I am trying to do some of this on my own. I have a '67 coupe with a 289. After having a front brake job done a few weeks ago the brakes worked great. However, now the pressure bleeds off slowly when sitting at a red light, etc. Does this sound like a Master Cylinder problem? How can I tell what needs to be replaced? Help.
