Hi I'm looking for someone that can possibly tell me what the torque should be between thebell housing and the transmission on an early (64-66?) c-4 transmission. i also need to know the torque between the transmission and the engine (200). This is my first project so i tend to get stuck on little problems like this so any help would be awesome. thanks.

You need to pick up a manual for the vehicle, it will have all of these specs and many more for you... It will be well worth the money spent.
