Default C-6??

Well ive got a 82 f-150 that im parking and taking everything out of. Its got a 351 and a C6 behind it. The 351 is going to make its way into the shop for a complete rebuild over time but im wondering if i should put the c-6 behind the engine in my car. Ive got a 302 built up to just a hair over 350hp at the flywheel and all Ive got for a tranny right now is a 4 cyl T5. From what im hearing the c6 will fit in without a problem. Does anyone know if it will or wont? Should i do it? If i do it will be getting a nice high stall and ill throw in a shift kit.

Trans should fit just fine as there is room to fit a AOD into a 82 no problem and it is a bigger trans than the C-6. Just be sure to mastch up with the correct flexplate.
