C4 to T-5 swap... .help me out....

We have a 68 stang that we want to swap a T-5 in place of the C4. How hard is this job and could 2 guys do it in their garage?

What all is involved, and what parts do we need? I really need a complete listing of the parts because I dont know.

Thanks a ton..

Mustangs Plus probably has all the parts you will need. Adapter plates, T5 crossmembers, new tranny mount, and the rest. I have a link on my site in the tech section...T5 swap into a classic. You will also need a new pedal assembly, an equalizer bar assy (re-inforced) bell housing ( I would actually recommend a scattershield from Lakewood), flywheel, and clutch assembly. There I would go with Centerforce. Total cost of parts should be around $2300.00 including trans. Mustangs Plus is 1-800-999-4289. I am sure they may even have a complete "how to" book.
