Let us know what are you looking for and we can help you out alot more. California has it all. I lived there for the first 22 years of my life. YOu can live in a small town or a city. There is the beach the woods the mountains, the desert. It is your choice when you move out there. More info would help alot.

You could live in San Diego. I love it here but its by far not small and its probably too expensive depending on how old you are and what your qualified for doh! If my parents didnt live here i probably couldnt either.
