I have around 700 dollars to spend this fall on my 69 mustang, its a stock 302 with a auto, it already has dual flowmasters and thats it. What should i buy? A 600 cfm carb and manifold maybe? Or would i really be better off going with the gears? Maybe some longtube headers. Im still not quite sure about this, so any help is appreciated! Thanks

I think headers and gears are your best bang for the buck. How much of this can you do yourself? Big bucks can be saved with your own labor. Is it now a 4V or 2V?
