If you install hyd. rollers you won't have the noise and you will have the advantage of the roller lifter.

I have installed several retro-kits from Crane. With the hyd. rollers and all. Very happy with the power/performance and the rumble.

If you go with an Elderbrock 4 barrel it is very easy to tune and stays in tune. No weak power valve to blow out all the time.
