Ford’s Distributorless EDIS Ignition System
Ford’s Distributorless EDIS Ignition System
Does anyone know more about this, I would like to do this to my 5.0 Mustang. What cars could I scavenge the parts from? I have not found much info on this subject. Here is the site that sparked the Idea. http://www.alternativeauto.com/waterbox/index.html Has anyone tried this? |

May I ask one question?
WHY IN THE HECK WOULD YOU WANT TO DO THAT??????? My brother has a 1991 LX with a distrubitorless ignition in it and I hate it with a passion. You can't adjust the timming. Everything is set by a mag pick up on the crank. IMO: stick with a "normal" distrubitor!!! |
