Checking Cowl?
I spotted a 65-66 fastback in a field under a tarp.
Wondering at what areas should I check the cowl for rusto. Tanks. |

I would just pore about 5 gallons of water down the cowl vent slowly and see if it leaks into the passenger compartment under the dash.

on the passenger side you can open the panel for the air to come in on your legs and then reach up and grab the top of the pipe and wiggle it. If it moves its rusted.
