Default '65 - Clutch Chatter - Idea

I was very interested in the letter published in the July issue of Mustang and Fords. David Simmons the writer of the letter describes a 'clutch judder' in first gear when the clutch warmed up. This sounds exactly like the problem I've got.

He traced the problem to a harmonic in the clutch linkage that grabs at the clutch. He cured it by replacing the mechanical linkage with a hydraulic clutch master cylinder.

My car's going into the shop next week to investigate my clutch 'judder'. Has anyone else out there had positive results replacing the mechanical clutch linkage with hydraulic master cylinder?
